Capital Backed Funding Arrangements can offer tangible benefits for defined benefit pension schemes to secure member benefits in full, when compared with DIY approaches, superfunds, DB Master Trusts and conventional insurance risk transfer policies. However, there are new risks to consider and this remains a relatively new area with limited information in the public domain. Do we have any affiliate groups out there with largely #female members. We want to help everyone with retirement planning, but our tools are used primarily by men (80%). Can you help us help more females plan for retirement. Recent research suggests there is a large #pensionsgap and whilst we can't change that, we can help with better understanding, support and planning at no cost, if there is a desire from others to also help.
