We have been doing this for a while now so here is what we have learned about trying to engage people withe their pensions: - People want answers - not variables to play around with - Projections are useless if not real world - include everything someone has - The journey needs to be quick, 5 mins - 10 mins max - Above all, make it easy to use and simple to understand Hopefully our reviews show we are hitting the right notes!
